A regular meditation and yoga practice can help us live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. However, it is extremely difficult to develop and maintain such a practice on your own. It is easy to get bored if you are not doing much progress, and it often looks intimidating when you are a new-beginner. If you are struggling with your practice (or if you want to start but do not know where), you might benefit from some individual guidance.
I have been practising meditation and yoga since 2012, and I have experience teaching both individually and in a group. In March 2018, I have completed 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC 200) at Shree Hari Yoga School in Gokarna, India – see the happy picture on the right 🙂
